TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Estlick joined AMS in 1987 as a collections representative.  He was first promoted to the position of receivable management specialist, and then to his current position as Accounts Receivable Manager in 1995.

Mr. Estlick has worked with several receivable systems, especially MEDITECH.  His areas of specialty are:

• Billing and collection of self pay and third party receivables, specializing in Blue Cross.

• Involvement in a number of credit balance projects.

• Providing project training and supervision.

• Interim credit and collection.

• Review of billing and collection processes during a hospital merger.

• Project management of receivables pre and post computer conversion.

As a team member at an acute care facility, Mr. Estlick worked to integrate a collection tracking system that created an increase in cash flow and receivables reduction.
