TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Barck has been employed by Applied Management Systems, Inc. for over 16 years.  As Manager, he is involved in marketing, client satisfaction, and project leader support for a variety of Accounts Receivable projects.

During his tenure, Mr. Barck has focused successfully on Blue Cross/Blue Shield as the area of specialty relating to receivables.  He has functioned as the Assistant Director of Patient Accounts on a contract basis for a Massachusetts acute hospital, and has developed workshops and user manuals to assist provider training during conversions.  He has also managed a physician billing practice and cash application department for major metropolitan healthcare facilities.

TRW Receivables Management Services, Inc. provided Mr. Barck with a detailed introduction to the day-to-day operation of a collection agency and medical billing practice.

While employed by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Inc., Mr. Barck was involved in customer services in a supervisory position and progressed to the Provider Relations area resolving problematic accounts for all types of contracting institutional facilities.  He also worked in the provider audit area focusing on Current Financing and cost reporting duties.  Mr. Barck received two Quality Superstar awards, awarded by the company president, for distinguished levels of work and client satisfaction.
