Project Management

AMS offers both short- and long-term project management and support.  Often times a health care facility does not have the resources available to expeditiously move major projects forward.  AMS can contribute by supplementing staff “working” accounts or by performing any phase of project management from design through implementation.  AMS projects management tasks have included:

Training and Education
